How To Make Slow Speed Turns Motorcycle/U-Turns Part 4 Counter Weighting Technique

What does it really do? This video will cover how to make slow speed turns on a motorcycle. It will improve your U-Turns and slow speed motorcycle control by utilizing counter weighting. When it comes to riding a motorcycle and making slow speed turns, like a u-turn, positioning your body correctly on the motorcycle will help the motorcycle handle properly.

For our low speed maneuvers, were you need to make a tight U-Turn you must lean the motorcycle. This is where the counter weighting technique comes in. This video will explain how to sit on your motorcycle and properly shift your hips and keep you chest tall and using your outside foot to press on the foot peg. It will explain the benefits of using this technique which you may not be familiar with. And don't forget when we're practicing, you will want to do left turns and right turns, and also apply the things you learned in earlier video in this series.
