"This building once housed an IT company but a fire broke out in the server room, everyone was safely evacuated and the fire extinguished before it could spread but, then came the bad news, their fire insurance policy had lapsed and they discovered someone had been embezzling money from the company for years, with no money they couldn't afford to replace the servers and with all their data lost the company folded and has stood empty ever since.

Old Pinnacove council are tired of this eyesore, local children are using it for graffiti, throwing bricks through the windows and bill posters aren't helping either! A private company has been allowed to buy the property at a knockdown price on condition it is renovated and re-purposed in the next few months, the plan is to turn it into a private care facility for elderly people who pay a monthly fee for 24 hour supported living.

8 prospective residents have bought their own private apartments within the facility which they will have decorated to their own tastes, they can also move in certain items of their own furniture and personal treasures so every apartment will be different. These apartments are all located on the upper floor, the ground floor is for staff amenities and communal areas for the residents."
