To get on AA Wraith is plasma charged the Wraith, beat the door open and take out the Brute's helmet until you see his head, crouch down and have the cross hair pointed on his head then shoot BUT HOLD "RB" Button at the same time, then there you go. Gotta plasma charged the Wraith again before crouch and shoot/RB. :)

NOTE: MAKE SURE! while you are crouched on getting ready to shoot/RB button, do not let the screen show the "RB" option to get on the turret while you are about to get in the Wraith. You do as you saw on the video.
