This is a sample of the Lien Wan set of the Ten Hand Sets of Shaolin demonstrated by Sifu Wing Lam. This set is the second to last in order of practice of the Ten Hand Sets, and features shallower stances. It also incorporates several movements for conditioning, such as the cartwheel carried into splits. These movements are made more difficult by the set's placement near the end of the Ten Hand Sets regimen, ensuring the practitioner is already fatigued when having to perform them.
