Why Should You Inspect Your PPE?
You want to keep up on minor repairs before they become irreparable. A proper inspection will help maintain the performance of your PPE, extend its longevity, and reduce your exposure to contaminants. The current NFPA 1851 Standard recommends departments have gear submitted for an inspection at least once a year.
