Underused BRT Sunway Line (and How It Regain Passengers)

Today we're talking about BRT Sunway Line in Subang Jaya, Selangor.

Located 17 km southwest of Kuala Lumpur with 5.4km in length, this BRT line serving Sunway City.

When the line opened in 2015, the passenger number was below the expected projection.

Somehow, the BRT line usage increased by an unexpected saviour. What is the saviour?
