The island playground of Vanuatu may be more than 3,000km from Australia's coast, but below the surface of this beautiful island, danger is brewing. Sitting atop the Pacific Ring of Fire, Vanuati has nine active volcanoes and is prone to earthquakes. A major earthquake could send a devastating tsunami towards Australia's east coast within two hours. Jamie Durie got up close with these volatile wonders. This story originally aired in 2010.
