After a year of waiting, No Name Village finally got released. Honestly, I can't believe it. I've been used to games being stuck in demo, and eventually forgotten. So to see that NNV actually got finished is wonderful.

As for the game itself, I love the story. I fuck with the overall vibe of "The end is coming and you can't do anything but live your life before it comes." And I especially like how the game is able to switch from being a wholesome game about exploration, to delving into topics like death, depression, and grief almost seamlessly. Despite there being the occasional plotholes, I fucking love the story.

That being said, I still have my problems with it. For one, it is buggy as shit. From what I can remember, the game crashed twice, got softlocked 5 or more times, and got very, VERY laggy at points (see video). But thankfully, PieMastah (the developer) is working everyday fixing the bugs. And most of the bugs you see in this video have already been patched.

Also I'm sorry that I wasn't able to record a chunk of Winter, which included an important scene. OBS messed up, and recorded the wrong thing. I'll record that part as soon as I can.
