Main Group @ Simac Tanning Tech 2018

Protagonista dello spazio Main Group a Simac è stata Pragma, la soluzione per la produzione di suole iniettate direttamente sulla tomaia in materiali combinati (gomma, TPU e PU compatto per il battistrada, PUR per l’intersuola). In fiera, Pragma è stata dotata di un sistema di gestione totalmente integrato tra porta-stampi, iniettori e periferiche e ha lavorato coadiuvata da una linea automatizzata, con due novità: un robot di cardatura con cambio automatico degli utensili e un innovativo sistema di visione 3D per il posizionamento della tomaia.

The highlight of the Main Group booth was Pragma, the latest series machines involved in the production of soles directly injected on the upper made of mixed materials (rubber, TPU and compact PU for the outsole, PUR for the midsole). At Simac, Pragma was equipped with a totally integrated management system including the mould-holder, the injectors and the peripheral devices and worked with an automated line, which includes two important innovations: a carding robot with automatic tool change and a cutting-edge 3D vision system for a better positioning of the upper.
