Let It Burn | female vocal cover | lyric video

When I first discovered Citizen Soldier, it was like “Let It Burn” spoke straight to my soul. I was in therapy, had just dropped out of uni due to frequent disturbing panic attacks and I felt massively alone. My first time hearing this song, I bawled my eyes out- and I proceeded to have it on repeat for weeks. I knew, right then and there, that if I ever made it out on top of all the pain, I’d want to cover this song. And now, here we are- I will release my cover exactly three years after first discovering the song, May 21st 2021.
