⁴ᴷ Kanagawa: Hiratsuka Station (神奈川県: 平塚駅) - Japan Walking Tour (February, 2024)

I stopped by during a week-long photography trip to the Tokai region.
On the north side of the station, there is a shopping street with an arcade on the sidewalk. At night, the area looks like a bar area. It was Saturday, but I got the impression that the area was not very crowded. I don't know if it was the time of day or just a coincidence, but considering the number of stores, it seems like the area is usually crowded, but I wonder what is going on.
