Comments on "sons of God" ~
The term "sons of God" is uncommon in the Bible.
In the Old Testament it is only found in Genesis 6 and Job (3 verses).
In the New Testament it is found 2-6 times depending upon the
translation - and always refers to believers in Christ (also called "Children
of God").

Angels have their own terms and clear designations in the Bible, but "sons of
God" is not one of them. Because this term is so little used especially in the OT,
there remains disagreement between Theologians and Pastors - but let not this
small detail detract from God bringing judgment upon those who practiced sin.
