After a horrible rain storm on Saturday the IM team and the city of Cervia managed to move the IM Long distance race from Saturday to Sunday. A good thing to the Athletes who were able to stay a day or two longer in Cervia and a bad thing to the ones who had to travel back on sunday. Unfortunately the 5150 race got canceled so that both races (70.3 and Full distance) could take place on Sunday.

I'm really happy that i was able to race on Sunday, i had a great time and a great race with a new PB! It was a pleasure to meet so many new people and make new friends from all over the world!
I'm sorry for the Athletes that didn't have a good race experience due the amount of athletes on the course "specially during the bike leg"... Congrats to everyone who raced the IM Italy! See you guys soon again
