Today we are joined on the podcast by professional Muay Thai fighter, ONE championship athlete, and co-founder of Dublin Combat Academy, Craig Coakley.

Craig is someone who needs no introduction on the Irish martial arts scene. His rise the last few years has been incredible, taken him around the World, and led to him fulfilling his dream with signing a professional contract with the biggest Muay Thai fighting promotion on the planet.

It was great to sit down and chat to Craig about his journey - how he spent years 'floating around the flats' he grew up in without any clear direction he wanted to go with his life, to finding martial arts, falling in love with the sport, and dealing with the highs and lows that led him to where he is today!

There was so much valuable stuff in here - from hearing how Craig dealt with some of the toughest moments of his career, bouncing back from defeats, and how important it is to have a strong team & support network surrounding you.
