Guild Wars 2: Pros and Cons from a New Player Perspective

I've been playing Guild Wars 2 for a couple of months now. Here are my thoughts!

0:00 Intro
1:03 Pro - no subscriptions
1:39 Con - cash shop
4:04 Pro - the lore is rich
5:20 Con - the base game story is weak
6:25 Pro - an addendum to the previous point
7:15 Con - no consistency with expansion content
8:19 Pro - homesteads
10:33 Con - no Aussie servers
11:33 - Outro

I didn't properly explain why I was keeping the daily active players lower for the sake of the calculations. This is because since Janthir Wilds dropped last month, the player base has sharply increased. Once the hype dies down, the player base will likely return to a lower number as people complete the new content and drop off, as is the case with every mmo and a new expansion release. Apologies for not explaining that better in my editor's note!
