ကပိလဝတ္ထုပြည့်ရှင် ဘုရင်သုဒ္ဓေါဒနမင်းကြီးနှင့် မိဖုရားကြီး မာယာဒေဝီတို့၏ သားတော် ဂေါတမမြတ်စွာဘုရားသည် ဘီစီ ၆၂၃ (ဝါ) ၅၆၃ ခုတွင် လုမ္ဗိနီဥယျာဉ်တော်၌ ဖွားမြင်တော်မူရာ လုမ္ဗိနီဥယျာဉ်တော်သည် ယခုအခါ နီပေါနိုင်ငံတွင်း၌ တည်ရှိသည်။
ကပိလဝတ်မြို့တွင် ဘုရားအလောင်း သိဒ္ဓတ္ထမင်းသားသည် ၂၉ နှစ်သားအထိ ထီးနန်းစည်းစိမ်ခံစားရာနေရာဖြစ်သည်။
နိဂြောဓာရုံကျောင်းတော်သည် ကပိလဝတ်မြို့၏ အရှေ့တောင်ဘက်တွင် တည်ရှိပြီး လုမ္ဗိနီနှင့် ကပိလဝတ်မှာ (၁၀) မိုင်မျှသာ ဝေးကြောင်း သိရသည်။

The Nigrodharama is located at the site of the modern Kudan village, about six kilometres south of Tilaurakot, the citadel of Kapilavastu.
