white apron (GE or Port Sarim fishing shop during quest)
spade (GE or pick up while running past spawn)
10 bananas (GE or pick them yourself while there)
1 stamina potion dose

Teleports:
1 Varrock
1 Falador

There is a lot that went wrong due to me being cocky and didn't do any pre-preparation. I worked out with the other f2p quests so far but I should do as with the member ones. Note to myself :)
