How to Block a Buckram Cocktail Hat Base

In this video I'll demonstrate a simple, blocked buckram base on a block you can make at home. In the construction video, I'll demonstrate how to assemble the final hat. (This is a second upload, as I accidentally uploaded the wrong cut of the video before.)
