Good day mate! Another day another Student Vlog!

I am currently doing my Work-Based Training on my current workplace, I am doing the Larder & Fryer Section. I am quite familiar with the job, but it’s really different when your actually doing it by yourself, and become responsible for it.🥰

On my previous job I work as a Pastrycook, I do Larder and more on the Dessert Section but if the fryer section becomes busy on the earlier part of the service, they send us there for help, it is kinda the same with what I am doing now. Prep, Cooking, Service, doing extra mile, say yes chef, and Serve Hot food Hot and cold food cold.

It is terrifying at first, because I need to get the hang of it.
For a while I became familiar of my job that it bores me😅🫣🥹 kidding aside, I still need to learn more and crave for more … i don’t know why? Maybe it’s just me… I still miss doing dessert, to be honest … i am more of a pastry girl but need to do what I need to do.

Hoping that one day I can still do Pastry more often…
