Barranco: One of Lima Peru's Top Neighborhoods

Who could choose which neighborhood in Lima is the best, between Barranco and Miraflores? I profiled Miraflores in my last video and here, I give Barranco the same treatment. Either place could legitimately be considered the best part of Peru's capital city.
