Chewy Molasses Cookie Recipe:
1 C Coconut Sugar (plus extra to roll cookies)
2/3 C Coconut Oil (melted and at room temperature)
1/4 C Molasses
1 Large Egg
2 C Whole Grain Flour
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp. Ground Ginger
1/2 tsp Ground Cloves
1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Salt

Healthy Thumb Print Cookie Recipe
1 C Unbleached White, Whole Wheat, or GF flour
1 tsp Corn Starch
3/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
2 TBS Melted and cooled Butter
1 Large Egg White
1 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla
1/2 C Coconut Sugar
3 to 5 TBS no added sugar jam or jelly

GF Healthy 4 Ingredient Peanutbutter Cookie Recipe
1 C Creamy Peanut Butter
1 Egg
1/4 C + 2 Tbs Coconut Sugar
3/4 tsp Baking Soda
