Hackle - Hen Cape Feather (Black)

Hoppers tend to be fished as a dry fly and they are one of my favourite flies when fishing a team of flies but this one is tied to fish sub surface. When the fish are high in the water but not keen on taking from the surface this fly can be a real winner.
