Rotisserie or Off-Axis Turns - Follow-Along Brazilian Zouk Techniques for Ladies

Описание к видео Rotisserie or Off-Axis Turns - Follow-Along Brazilian Zouk Techniques for Ladies

Improve your Brazilian Zouk by following-along with me in my solo training!

In this video I explain the technique of Rotisserie - turning the body while the top of the head remains in place.

I explain the 6 turn directions with footwork then add the upper body movement, before practicing with music.

My main source of knowledge for this technique came from 2 times World Champion and my master of technique, Alisson Sandi. Follow him on instagram @alisson.sandi or facebook @Alisson Sandi.

I wear heels in the videos because it is harder and I want to be continually improving my balance and control in heels. Feel free to wear flat shoes or socks or whatever works for you.

Be sure to SUBSCRIBE and leave a COMMENT! Let me know which technique you would like me to post next.
