Roasting Gesha - Profiling Red Honey Gesha from Volcan Azul - Costa Rica | Coffee with April

This week, we're bringing you another video detailing our approach to roasting coffee. This time around, we've got a phenomenal Gesha varietal from the Volcan Azul farm in Costa Rica.

In this video, you can hear about our approach to profiling, as well as gaining insight into the data and measurements we used to define this roast. As always, this roast was completed using a Loring Smart Roaster and the measurements were taken using LightTells moisture and density readers.
