Stelo vs Lingo- I Wear Both CGMs!

I have been wearing both the Dexcom Stelo and the Abbott Lingo CGMs and here is what I have learned- and which one I will keep ordering. These first continuous glucose monitors available without a prescription are for those of us who live in the grey are between perfect health and a diabetes diagnosis. I was surprised by the blood sugar spikes of some of my usual meals- but I was shocked at how sky-high stress could push my numbers. Without the Stelo or Lingo I never would have known.
