The Brexiteer government has promised inject billions of pounds in to social care, but at the moment care homes are unable to get the staff they need, following the ending of freedom of movement and the introduction of stricter immigration rules by Priti Patel. This means as fewer patients in hospitals are being discharged as there is no place for them in care homes. This is causing a real crisis in the NHS and the Brexit government doesn't seem interested in fixing it.
