Resep Creamy Beef Mushroom (untuk 4-5 porsi)
Bahan marinasi daging:
300 gr daging sapi iris
2 sdm tepung terigu protein sedang
1 sdm tapioka
1 sdm kecap asin
4 sdm air
¼ sdt merica
Bahan lainnya:
90 gr jamur kancing putih
½ buah bawang bombai
2 siung bawang putih
1 batang seledri
½ sdt oregano kering
1 sdm mentega tawar
1 ½ sdm saus tomat
400 ml air
300 ml susu
2 sdm gravy powder / demi glace powder + 2 sdm air
2 sdm minyak
½ sdt garam
½ sdt gula pasir
1 ½ sdt kaldu ayam bubuk
¼ sdt merica
Bahan coleslaw:
40 gr kol
40 gr wortel
¼ sdt garam
½ buah jeruk nipis
½ sdm kental manis
2 sdm mayones
Pelengkap:
nasi putih
Cara membuat:
1. Iris kol dan parut wortel kemudian pindahkan ke dalam mangkuk
2. Masukkan garam, perasan jeruk nipis, mayones dan kental manis, aduk rata
3. Di dalam mangkuk campurkan tepung terigu, tapioka, kecap asin, air dan merica, aduk rata kemudian masukkan daging sapi iris, aduk hingga meresap
4. Iris jamur, cincang bawang bombai dan bawang putih kemudian larutkan bubuk gravy dengan sedikit air, aduk rata
5. Panaskan sedikit minyak, tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombai hingga wangi kemudian masukkan jamur, tumis hingga kecokelatan
6. Sisihkan jamur ke pinggir wajan kemudian masukkan daging dan masak di api besar hingga matang
7. Masukkan seledri, oregano, mentega tawar dan saus tomat, aduk rata kemudian masukkan air, garam, kaldu ayam bubuk, merica, gula pasir, susu dan larutan gravy, masak hingga mengental

Creamy Mushroom Beef Recipe (yield 4-5 servings)
Beef Marinade ingredients:
300 g sliced beef
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tbsp tapioca
1 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp water
¼ tsp pepper
Other ingredients:
90 g Champignon mushroom
½ pc onion
2 clove garlic
1 stalk celery
½ tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1.5 tbsp ketchup
400 ml water
300 ml milk
2 tbsp gravy powder / demi glace powder + 2 tbsp water
2 tbsp oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
1 ½ tsp chicken powder
¼ tsp pepper
Coleslaw ingredients:
40 g cabbage
40 g carrot
¼ tsp salt
½ pc lime
½ tbsp condensed milk
2 tbsp mayonnaise
Sides:
White rice
Steps:
1. Slice the cabbage and coarsely grate the carrot, then transfer to a bowl.
2. Add salt, lime juice, mayonnaise, and condensed milk. Mix well.
3. In a bowl, combine flour, tapioca, soy sauce, water, and pepper. Mix well, then add sliced beef. Mix until absorbed.
4. Slice the mushroom. Chop the onion and garlic, then dissolve gravy powder with a little water.
5. Heat a little oil. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant, then add mushroom. Cook until browned.
6. Push mushroom to the side of the pan, then add beef and cook on high heat until done.
7. Add celery, oregano, unsalted butter, and ketchup. Mix well, then add water, salt, chicken powder, pepper, sugar, milk, and gravy slurry. Cook until thickened.
8. Creamy Mushroom Beef is ready to serve.
