Sauce ingredients :
Olive oil to smear the meat
2 x Lemons
1/2 of a Garlic house
Flakey Salt
Smoked paprika x 2 Tbsp
Cayenne pepper x 2 Tbsp
Origanum x 2 Tbsp
Ground black pepper x 2Tbsp
Few sprigs of Rosemary
2.2 Kg of Lamb (Leg of Lamb)
