A gem of a hotel with big heart in Richmond, Virginia! Comfy beds and spacious layout. Off season it's pretty quite. However, around the holiday's it can get pretty noisy but I would still recommend this hotel due to the level of customer service. Breakfast was pretty good and there is always treats in the lobby like: cookies, popcorn, hot chocolate, coffee, tea, and ice cold water to grab before heading to your room.
