Google Lens is an application introduced by Google in Google I/O 2017.
It is designed for scanning things and producing a search for it using Google Assistant.
For example, if you scan a Wi-Fi barcode, the app will automatically connect to the Wi-Fi source that has been scanned,
or if you scan a restaurant, it will instantly pop up reviews and information about the restaurant.
It is also integrated with the Google Photos app.
The app is much like Google Goggles, a previous app that functioned the same way except less advanced as Google Lens
