As you have already seen in our social networks, the schools of the AgileDT project have been working for some time on the first iteration with students and teachers, exploring the impact of agile methodologies in the classroom. Through workshops and various activities, each school has tackled specific challenges and applied design thinking to develop innovative solutions. On this occasion, it was the turn of @centroliceolapaz, guided by @cprdanielcastelao and #Learnovate, who help the teams in identifying key cybersecurity issues and creating viable proposals for the school environment.

💡Our process:
1️⃣ We reflected on current cybersecurity challenges in schools.
2️⃣ We reframed the problem using How Might We?
3️⃣ We generated ideas using Crazy 8 and selected the best ones using Shopping Cart.
4️⃣ We prototyped our solutions using Storyboard.
5️⃣ We presented our proposals in a dynamic and concise pitch.

The hands-on approach of the session allowed participants to actively engage and structure actionable solutions in a short period of time. With each iteration, we continue to learn and improve the application of these methods in education.
