Define 4 data entities: pizzas, orders, order items, customers, and delivery status.
Each customer must have the following fields: name, email, city, country, total orders.
country field should be associated to standard aspect Countries.
Each pizza should have a name, description price and currency.
Orders should include the following fields: order no, date, fields related to created by, created on, changed by and changed on.
Each order will be associated to a customer with field name customer.
Order items should include following fields: quantity, tax, order field should associate to orders table, pizza field should associate to pizza table.

prompt for test data generation:

enhance my sample data with meaningful data. any phone number must be 10 digit long. all order no must be 7 digit long with ORD- as prefix. no fields may be empty. total order value must be smaller than 10000 not rounded.
