Starting off with some baby ways to make money as an artist before we dive into the big boys. I basically have a $5 digital product (linked above) that I decided to one day put on sale for $1.99 for that day only. I promoted this on instagram, but also had a video promoting it a while ago. I showed people what the file contains, but didn't provide it in a way it was directly downloadable. I then posted a story on instagram, announcing this limited time deal, which eventually led to over 70 downloads in that span, and approximated over $150 in sales. This is money that of course not going to change your life, but maybe a strategy or tactic you can use for your small art business / brand that you can incorporate to promote an item. Once you get the hang of it, you could be replicating this for higher cost products you have!
