You receive Egg Tokens from Daily Rewards, Sponsor Eagles, and Puggle. You spend the Tokens to obtain Eggs whether Common (White), Uncommon (Golden), or Rare (Crystal), and you must leave them in your room in order to incubate them.

To incubate the eggs, you need to find the trend that they like and once you find it, create videos that has that trend. It’s also worth noting that the Pixelings each have their own associated trend so it’s not completely random and you’ll know what to expect.

White Eggs – Common Eggs – Takes 3 hammer whacks with 2 days (48 hours) of incubation time to hatch.
Gold Eggs – Uncommon Eggs – Takes 4 hammer whacks with 4 days (96 hours) of incubation time to hatch.
Crystal Eggs – Rare Eggs – Takes 5 hammer whacks with 8 days (192 hours) of incubation time to hatch.

The incubation time is determined by the videos you publish that has the appropriate trend for the egg. The more videos that has the same specific trend, the better; if you are lucky to get the daily trend that has the same category as your egg, the incubation time process becomes even faster. You have to actively publish videos for the incubation timer to go down.

Here is where it gets technical. One video with the correct trend will be at 100% incubation points or 1 hour for 1 hour, if you have a second video publishing at the same time with the correct trend, it adds 33% and the same thing with a third video with another 33%. If the Daily Trends of the day is with the same category for your egg, it adds a further 33% only if you are currently having a video being published with the same trend.

In total, if you have 3 videos with the Trend of the Day, it would add up to a total of 199%, so close to 200% Maybe they actually round it up.

You can tell if the eggs are incubating by looking for the category icon that appears from the egg. The faster the icon appears, the faster the incubation is happening. The eggs will also tell you when it is time to whack it with a hammer or when it is ready to hatch by seeing the icons.

It is better to incubate the Uncommon and Rare eggs in the Bux incubators than Common eggs. Longer videos will also help in incubating the egg since it is already in the process of counting down the total time.

Pixelings are little creatures that roam around your room freely. They benefit you by giving you an added percentage to the associated category it has. It is permanent and you don’t even need to keep them in your room to receive the benefits. The benefits also stack up so the more pixelings you hatch, the more benefits you’ll receive.
