How to fix 'Airways blocked' issues on your Dyson 360 Vis Nav™ robot vacuum.

Follow the steps in our video guide to resolve the 'Airways blocked' alert.

Step 1. Empty the bin by pressing the red release button on the top of your robot and lift the bin away. Slide the red bin release button to empty.
Step 2. Push until the bin and lid click into place. Check the bin inlet for any blockages and remove any debris, ensure the bin flat moves freely.
Step 3. Check the airway behind the bin for any debris.
Step 4. Turn over your robot and place on a soft surface, to protect the camera.
Step 5. Lift the red lever on the base of your robot and open the soleplate.
Step 6. Press the red release button and slide the brush bar out.
Step 7. Remove any debris from the airway behind the brush bar. Check the airway is completely clear.
Step 8. Refit the brush bar, ensuring it clicks securely into place.
Step 9. Close the soleplate, ensuring it clicks securely into place.
Step 10. Push the bin back onto your robot, until it clicks into place.
Step 11. Restart your robot from where it previously stropped cleaning. Press the LCD screen to resume the clean.

Important: When completing a maintenance procedure, place the robot on a soft surface to avoid damaging the camera and sensors. And beware of sharp objects.
