The YMCA of Greater Rochester requires all employees to either have Foundations of Strength and Conditioning, Foundations of Group Exercise or an external equivalency certification. These external equivalency certifications are typically for Personal Trainers and Group Exercise Instructors whom are certified through a YMCA approved external certifying body (i.e. ACE - CPT, AFAA, ACSM-CPT etc.)

This video shows you how to submit your external certification to LCDC as required by the YMCA.
