Did not have to change grind settings as my previously used beans.

Ordered their Guatemala beans for a light roast (roast level 2 out of 6). It was roasted on the spot. Waited ~10 minutes for the bag. Waited until today to degas (~6 days). When I open the packaging, ended up with roast level of at least level 4 of 6. Very oily. Very disappointed. Taste-wise, not as sweet/fruity as labelled. Very expensive for this really poor quality.

Have to be honest, although they were oily, once dialed in, it's one of the best tasting cups we've had (18 grams IN 40 grams OUT in 30 seconds). Sweet and aromatic (taste pallet not developed enough to name the taste). But, given the price, was expecting lighter non-oily beans that matches a roast level of 2 out of 6 (their own roast grading system). In comparison, our normal go-to beans cost 1/5th as expensive and taste almost on-par with these beans.
