Japanese Country style Dipping Noodle

what you need

Soup

sliced pork berry or Chicken

Green onion/Japanese Onion

or yoはu can put seasonal veg you like
like Shiitake Mushroom or Carrot

Soba-Tsuyu / Soba Sauce
Can buy at Supermarket in Japan
if you live in outside of Japan
try to go to the international supermarket or asian store.

Noodle
choose what you like
soba is buckwheat noodle
Udon made from flour

Jyuwari Soba 十割蕎麦 is 100% buckwheat
but usually the soba what you have in town is mixed with flour. 80-20 is kind a good one and cheep soba is only 20% of buckwheat….

Dried noodles can also be found at big supermarkets or asian stores.

Sou-men, Soumen Noodle is Japanese Summer time favorite and it’s so easy to cook, boil only 60 sec and it’s ready to go.

tip to make good soba or udon is simple.
boil it. if you don’t noodle gonna be dull.
