2-year-old West Virginia girl saves four babies with organ donation, receives honor walk

SOUTH CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WCHS) — Friends, family and the community came together Wednesday evening to celebrate two-year-old Seilah Stanley. She passed away after falling into a family pool on June 20 in Jackson County, West Virginia.

Charleston-based photographer Hillary Kermerer captured the powerful images of Stanley's honor walk at CAMC, her final send off before being taken to the operating room.
