For the first 3 seconds: Speed boost, cloak does not flicker, up to 65% damage reduction
Subsequently: Normal invisibility
Cloak maximum duration: (7.0s) (8.2s with the L'Etranger equipped)
Cloak fade time: Instant
Decloak fade time: (Player: 2.2s) (World: 1.8s)
Recharge time: 20s
Activation time: Instant
