Self-leveling polyurethane mortar construction is an efficient floor treatment method, commonly used in floor decoration in commercial and industrial places. Its advantages are good wear resistance, compression resistance, corrosion resistance and high elasticity. The following are the basic steps of construction:

Surface preparation:

Make sure the surface of the base is clean, dry and flat, remove oil, dust, loose parts, etc.

For cracked bases, repair them first.

Use a vacuum cleaner to clean the surface and ensure that there is no debris.

Interface treatment:

Apply interface agent to the base to enhance the adhesion between polyurethane mortar and the base.

Ingredient mixing:

Mix the materials evenly according to the proportion of polyurethane mortar. Pay attention to strictly follow the ratio required by the manufacturer.

Construction:

Use a self-leveling tool to pour the mixed polyurethane mortar on the ground to ensure even distribution.

Use a ground roller or scraper to spread the material flat, make it self-leveling, and maintain uniform thickness.

Maintenance:

After construction, keep the ground moist to prevent it from drying too quickly. Depending on the material requirements, the curing time is usually 24 to 48 hours. Please refer to the product manual for details.
