In addition to being a passionate hunter, outdoorsman, and ex-rugby player, Dr. Conner is a chiropractor and nutritionist with 33 years of practice experience. He holds a white belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu from Black Hills BJJ in Rapid City, SD. His specialty lies in assisting "older" BJJ athletes with their preparation, recovery, and longevity. He advocates for a ketogenic diet, regular physical activity, and personal accountability in relation to biochemistry and the central nervous system for his patients.
