Citron - 10
Boil the citron and cut them.fill the cut citrons with salt and soak for 1week

Mustard -2 spoon
Fenugreek-1spoon
Asafoetida- small piece
Roast and grind them into a powder

Kashmiri chilli powder-4 spoon
Tamarind- small ball

Sesame oil-200 ml
