Hotpot at home! Fly By Jing hotpot base and Topwit HOTPOT and Grill review

This was the most fun I've had doing a review in a long time! Topwit HOTPOT and grill (it's really a griddle) and Fly By Jing hot pot base makes the PERFECT VALENTINE'S DAY date night at home. Hotpot, shabu shabu ,or steamboat at home!

The Topwit hotpot/grill is the perfect size for one or two people. The 2 temperature hotpot holds about 5 cups of liquid. it takes about 6 minutes for the liquid to boil with the hot pot covered and set in level 2.

The griddle measures about 8 by 8.5 inches. With 2 temperature settings level 1 reaches about 350⁰ Fahrenheit while lever 2 reaches about 450⁰ Fahrenheit.

The hotpot and griddle have a nonstick coating for easy cleaning. Do not submerge the unit in water while cleaning.

Fly by Jing hotpot base is DELICIOUS not too spicy with just the right amount of numbing Sichuan pepper oil for me. Fly By Jing hotpot base is vegan, sugar free, and contains no MSG. Mix the hotpot base with water or broth and bring to a boil. Simmer your favorite meats and veggies in the broth for the most fun date night dinner. You can add noodles as well but we were so full from the meats and veggies that we had no room left for noodles.
