Greetings, everyone! It is a pleasure to welcome you back to "What You Need To Know!" I am excited to return after my two-week hiatus during the World Series. This week, we will be previewing the crucial NFC West clash between the Los Angeles Rams (6-2) and the San Francisco 49ers (6-3).

Today’s program will cover several important topics. We will begin by reviewing the Rams-49ers matchup, sharing essential information right from the outset. We will discuss both teams' performances from the previous week, noting that each team is entering this game with a recent victory.

Additionally, we will explore the NFC playoff landscape, examining how both teams are positioned as we embark on the second half of the season this weekend.

Following that, we will delve into the injury report to assess which players will be participating on Sunday and which will not. For the Los Angeles Rams, the injury report is relatively clear, with the exception of Jordan Whittington, who is listed as questionable due to a back injury. On the other hand, the San Francisco 49ers have at least 15 players on their injury report. Notable players such as left tackle Trent Williams, quarterback Mac Jones, and running back Christian McCaffrey are listed but are expected to play in today’s game. Several other 49ers players are questionable, including linebacker Dee Winters and quarterback Brock Purdy, while wide receiver Ricky Pearsall and defensive lineman Mykel Williams have been ruled out.
