Below is the Process to Update Date of Exit By Employee in EPFO

Step 1: login into EPFO web site using: https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.go...
Enter UAN Number, Password and Captcha and click on Sign In button.
Step 2: Once you login, from the Header bar, Click on Manage tab and click on Mark Exit
Step 3: From the Dropdown, Select Employment for which you want to update Date of Exit.
Note: Date of exit can only be updated after 2 months of last contribution made by the employer.
Step 4: Enter Date of Exit and Reason for leaving
Step 5: Click on 'Request OTP'. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your Aadhaar-linked mobile
number. Enter the OTP in the required box.
Step 6: Click on 'Update' and click on 'Ok'.
To verify Date of Exit updated successfully or not, Navigate from Header Bar to View  Service History
From the list, you should able to see Date of Exit for above selected organisation updated successfully.
