Ingredients

3-4 Curry Leaves Sprig
Chaat Masala
Oil for Frying
1 cup Chickpea Flour
1 cup Rice Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
Water

Method

1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Take a bowl add chickpea flour, rice flour and mix it together.
3. Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, water to the bowl containing the flours and then mix it.
4. Once the batter is lump free then dip the curry leaves into the batter and then leave it in oil.
5. Fry it till they are crunchy.
6. Remove it on a plate and sprinkle Chaat Masala on it.
7. Enjoy it with the rains.
