Today, I’m sharing a delicious and easy recipe for oven-baked sea bream with crispy spiced new potatoes — a healthy, natural, and gluten-free meal that’s full of Mediterranean flavors and perfect for lunch or dinner.

🐟 Ingredients for This Mediterranean Delight:

-1 whole sea bream (cleaned and gutted)
-New potatoes (cut to your liking)
-Garlic powder
-Paprika powder
-Salt to taste
-Olive oil (extra virgin)
-Fresh rosemary
-Whole cloves of garlic

🔥 Instructions:

Wash and cut your new potatoes, then season them with garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Drizzle with olive oil and mix well.
Prepare your sea bream by salting the outside and stuffing the belly with fresh rosemary and whole garlic cloves.
Place the fish and potatoes together in a baking dish. Drizzle a bit more olive oil on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 45 minutes until the fish is tender and golden and the potatoes are crispy and full of flavor.
