How to fix oil dripping from the crankcase breather in 1.6HDi/TDCi (Peugeot/Citroen/Ford/Volvo/Mini)

Do you get oil dripping from the crankcase breather? Replace the air intake o-ring with a fatter o-ring. If you do that the CCV (CrankCase Ventilation) valve will work correctly and you will also have no oil seeping from the crankcase breather.

Here are the dimensions:
Original o-ring width 3.1mm, outside diameter (OD): 31mm, inside diameter (ID): ~23.8mm
New better o-ring: width 4mm, OD: 26.5mm, ID: 18.5mm.
An o-ring with width 4mm, OD: 27mm and 19mm ID will also work.
