So the patch notes are out for 3.23... oh man, those gems are about to give us some juicy memes:

- Power Siphon with a quality that gives over +500% to Critical Strike Multiplier
- Frenzy with 204% more Attack Damage and 204% more Attack Speed
- Kinetic Blast with 9 explosions per projectile (5 projectiles Kinetic Blast means 45 explosions/attack)
- Elemental Hit with with 132% more damage when the target has the base 4 ailments (ignite, chill, freeze, shock)
